It is particularly suitable for those who need support for energy metabolism and muscle recovery. Our citrulline malate is a high-dose supplement optimal for training. It is a very popular amino acid especially in the fitness industry and is therefore an integral part of many pre-workout supplements.
Our L-citrulline is obtained by plant fermentation. It can be perfectly combined with other amino acids such as L-arginine, L-glutamine, taurine, L-tyrosine, beta alanine and AAKG and can be taken anytime before, during and after training. Packaging may vary.

How to use
Dissolve one scoop of powder (3 g) in 200–300 ml of water and take about 20–30 minutes before training.
