Ingredients
L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, citric acid, malic acid, flavours, sucralose, acesulfame K.
How to use
Take 2 scoops (6 g) daily with 200 ml of water, 30–40 minutes before training or competitions, or immediately afterwards. It can also be taken at any time as a supplement to your diet.
