Metabolism and Digestion
The fruits of Silybum marianum contribute to the normal metabolism of carbohydrates, while the leaves of Cynara scolymus support the normal metabolism of lipids. Additionally, both the fruits of Silybum marianum and the leaves of Cynara scolymus promote normal digestive and liver function. Folic acid contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine, a substance naturally produced by the body.

Ingredients
Milk thistle (*Silybum marianum* L. Gaertn.) mature fruits dry extract standardized to 80% silymarin, artichoke (*Cynara scolymus* L.) leaves dry extract standardized to 5% chlorogenic acid, MB3ST (red yeast rice – *Monascus purpureus*) dry extract standardized to 3% lovastatins, coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), policosanols from sugar cane (*Saccharum officinarum* L.), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, rice fiber; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), capsule (gelatin, colorant: E172).
Directions for Use
We recommend taking 1 capsule per day, preferably in the evening, with or immediately after a meal.
